I’ve got a story a week queued up into April 2024; subscribe to get them in your inbox every Friday. Some are short and weird, some are long and even weirder; if you like the odd and interstitial tales of Kelly Link, Ted Chiang, and Karen Joy Fowler, you’ll probably get a charge out of these pieces.

Also if you were an English major in the ‘80s and ‘90s, just breaking out of the classics like Faulkner and Hemingway and discovering Julio Cortázar and Milan Kundera because your cool Comp Lit prof who carried a Guatamalan bag full of Edward Said and Michel Foucault and wore turquoise bangles recommended them. It’s a niche, man, a deep and narrow niche …

The archive is set to flip over to allow only paid subscribers are some point, but if you drop me a line or leave a comment and ask real nice I’ll totally comp you a sub so you can delve into my weirdness.
